Job Details

LatamCent is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong background in sales and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and guidance to improve sales skills and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and team performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel and attend sales training seminars as required.
