Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Professional to join our team at Global Blue. This role will involve managing key accounts in our portfolio, creating and delivering account plans, and identifying opportunities for growth.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires strong sales skills, excellent interpersonal relationships, and autonomy. You will be responsible for improving issuing and data capturing instore, managing main TFS KPIs per account/shop, and hunting new merchants to increase our active base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver account plans for key accounts in our portfolio.
  • Manage main TFS KPIs per account/shop (IR, ORR, etc).
  • Identify, evaluate, and affiliate new merchants to increase our merchant active base.
  • Improve issuing and data capturing instore.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with a focus on managing B2B accounts.
  • Strong sales profile, excellent interpersonal relationships, and autonomy.
  • A Business Administration Orientation degree and correct management of English (written and oral).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
