Position Summary:
In this role as Key Account Business Development Specialist, you'll play a critical part in developing regional and national accounts within the convenience store channel. You'll work closely with bottlers to identify growth opportunities, build strategic key accounts through business plan development, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Create and maintain strong relationships with bottlers' account managers, researching customer needs and suggesting tailored solutions.
Analyze performance indicators (Nielsen, Power BI) to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
Establish new leads, grow the sales pipeline, and provide innovative solutions to increase sales.
Support the development of commercial business plans for key account growth, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Train the execution team to ensure compliance with company rules in the execution and sales of our products.
Requirements:
Preferrably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional experience desired includes over 5 years in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, preferably in the beverage industry.
Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Preferred Certifications: N/A. Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
