Job Title: Regional Account Growth Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Growth Manager to join our team at Nearshore Business Solutions. As a key member of our US expansion team, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and close new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts and lead management.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and introducing new services where applicable.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing.
• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience as an Account Executive.
• Experience working with US clients.
• Demonstrated success in the digital marketing industry.
• Previous success in sales, supported by measurable results.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

• A 5/2 work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM CST.
• Competitive salary (range of $2,000 - $3,000 USD per month OTE).
• 20 working days of paid time off per annum.
