ZeptoLab is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee licensing rights for our hit "Om Nom Stories" animation series and other ZeptoLab animation products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation distribution, excellent negotiation and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish partnerships with TV channels, VOD channels, and other key industry players to expand ZeptoLab's video content presence worldwide.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Research and establish new partnerships, bringing in a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Pitch existing and new products to partners, ensuring successful product placement and distribution.
  • Financial evaluation of new deals' terms and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree.
  • Strong business communication skills (verbal and written).
  • 5+ years experience in Business development and sales related to animation content distribution.
  • Experience with deals negotiations and contracting.
  • Fluent or native English.
