About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solar Energy Business Development Representative to join our team in Calgary, Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services, and working collaboratively with them to achieve their goals.

In this role, you will assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) or General Manager Sales in developing product ranges and revenue targets, growing accounts through sales of all Clenergy products. You will also work closely with the GM Sales BDM to understand client business needs, identify opportunities to provide value-added services, and collaborate with them to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar PV mounting products or inverter/ESS products, as well as a minimum 5 years' experience in account managing, technical sales, or engineering. Experience with solar PV is highly preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish is also required.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, business administration)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in account managing, technical sales, or engineering
  • Practical knowledge of solar PV mounting products or inverter/ESS products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
