Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will find and engage new business leads in Alabama. The representative will use company-provided lists and prospecting skills to identify opportunities for estimators to bid on projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to businesses in Alabama to generate new leads.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through prospecting and research.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to estimators for bidding.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Use software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice for day-to-day tasks.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar role, is also required.



Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in a remote sales development role.
  • Familiarity with business development in the construction or service industries.
