Sales Development Representative
At Sagan, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This dynamic role involves generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to businesses, navigate through gatekeepers, and connect with decision-makers.
- Use various outreach methods, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Pre-qualify businesses that may benefit from Sagan's services and determine their needs.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM, with a focus on Zoho CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, with clear enunciation.
- Proven success in a sales, lead generation, or cold calling role.
- Strong motivation and drive, with a focus on performance-based results.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in telecommunications, Internet, and networking solutions.
