Drive Business Growth as an Outbound BDR with Adaptive Teams
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for reactivating leads, setting high-quality sales meetings, and driving business growth. Your Mission is to:
- Conduct daily outreach attempts via calls, emails, and texts to engage potential business sellers.
- Set a minimum of 10 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) per week with our sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to nurture and qualify leads, ensuring our pipeline is always full of high-potential opportunities.
- Use CRM expertise to track and manage leads, maintaining accurate records and updates in HubSpot.
- Assist with special outreach campaigns and market research to expand our customer base.
Your Toolbox: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in high-volume outreach, with a track record of setting qualified meetings.
- CRM expertise, preferably in HubSpot, to manage and track leads.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining productivity.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
