We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for our clients and developing strategies to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new sales opportunities for clients through cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Work closely with our international team of consultants to support and achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales.
  • Strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with the IT/technology industry.
  • Fluent in Finnish language (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly).
  • You live in Europe.
