Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for our clients and developing strategies to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities- Identify new sales opportunities for clients through cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Work closely with our international team of consultants to support and achieve business goals.
- Proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales.
- Strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with the IT/technology industry.
- Fluent in Finnish language (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly).
- You live in Europe.
- A competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
