Sagan is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to bridge the gap between global talent and US-based businesses. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to cold call lists with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Think critically and adapt within reason to address questions or objections from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.

About this role:

We are looking for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, previous experience in outbound sales or call center environments, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.

What we offer:
