About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team in Calgary, Canada (Home Office). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Manager or General Manager Sales in developing product ranges and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively with them to achieve their goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with practical knowledge of PV mounting products or inverter/ESS products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Managing, Technical Sales, or Engineering.
  • Experience with Solar PV preferred, with a strong motivation to identify improvement opportunities.
