Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Manager. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, managing their campaigns, and resolving any issues that arise.

You will need to be an excellent communicator who can grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them, with the goal of safeguarding our revenue and retaining clients.

You will work closely with sales partners, Operations, Deal Delivery, and Audience Development teams to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional client service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create plans to address client business needs
  • Schedule regular meetings with sales partners and direct clients
  • Help sales teams upsell or cross-sell services and products
  • Create deals ensuring they are set up and managed according to client needs
  • Respond to brief requests and provide attractive offerings
  • Analyse campaigns and data to understand, improve, and advise on performance
  • Provide reports as needed for sales partners and clients
  • Leverage Ad Operations to ensure budgets are delivered and KPIs exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role in martech or adtech
  • Background in digital advertising
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • A customer-oriented attitude and obsessive attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with a team
