Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. Based in Pakistan, this is a remote position that requires the successful candidate to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
  2. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on business development
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Strong understanding of the HR recruitment industry and market trends
  6. Ability to work independently and remotely
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  8. Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
