Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging with prospects, understanding their procurement needs, and demonstrating how our software can streamline their processes.

About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound initiatives. You will engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs. Your goal is to conduct effective product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our software and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets small to medium-sized businesses in LatamCent's primary market.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our software.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs.
  • C1+ English Level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
