Senior Business Development Manager for Retail Partnerships

Overview
Global Blue is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead the development of retail partnerships. This role will be responsible for creating and delivering account plans, sales forecasts, and issue ratio activities for key accounts in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting and executing comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and issue ratio improvements
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as issue ratio, online refund ratio, and staff training
- Hunting new merchants to expand our active base
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies
Requirements
- Strong sales profile with a proven track record of managing B2B accounts
- Excellent interpersonal relationships skills to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
- Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent English language skills (written and oral)
Experience
- Above 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B retail environment
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Global Blue offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
