We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Edgard & Cooper, a certified B Corp Employer. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts with a focus on specialty and grocery retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase turnover.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Take ownership of the P&L strategy for key accounts and ensure effective application of business reviews.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
- Represent the company in a positive manner and contribute to building long-term relationships with clients.
What You Will Achieve:
- Develop and deliver effective commercial strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant sales role.
- Good understanding of sales principles and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Native speaker in your region with fluent English.
