Customer Success Manager at Mercell
Mercell is revolutionizing public procurement, making it accessible and effortless for everyone involved. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success team, delivering value to all customers by engaging in a consistent, sustainable, scalable way across all markets and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish robust, deep, and trusted relationships with the management team on the customer side.
- Ensure the customer is adopting our solution, ensuring full understanding of all functionality aligned to their identified user cases.
- Proactively mitigate risk of churn and report risks in timely manner.
- Ensure customers are meeting and exceeding their desired business outcomes.
- Plan, review, and celebrate progress towards, or achievement of, the customer's desired business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Client Success Specialist, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and inquiries effectively.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
