About this role
At Flipdish, we're transforming the way independent restaurants and takeaways operate by providing them with the tools they need to thrive. As our next Customer Success Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant clients in the UK and Ireland. By closely collaborating with our Activations and Sales teams, you'll ensure seamless onboarding and rapid growth of new accounts, recognizing opportunities for upselling and optimizing revenue potential.
Key responsibilities will include managing large customer bases, identifying and addressing 'at-risk' customers, and driving action through data analysis. You'll also be expected to provide exceptional customer support, develop strategic plans to increase client adoption and growth, and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. If you're a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
