Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Guaranteed Estimates. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer support, and driving client retention and referral efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion of tasks.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Client Retention: Develop and maintain a calendar of special events, fostering strong relationships and promoting client loyalty.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports, highlighting positive campaign results and areas for improvement.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with business owners to refine and improve client retention and referral strategies.
- Results Monitoring: Perform weekly check-ins to ensure objectives are met, and develop plans to address any issues or concerns.
- Research and Development: Continuously seek ways to enhance services, processes, and client experiences.
- Understanding of Services: In-depth knowledge of Guaranteed Estimates' services and how to measure success.
- Sales Process: Familiarity with the sales process and ability to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, providing insights for improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to cross-check data.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and provide effective solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solve, and provide effective solutions to issues as they arise.
