This position is an exciting opportunity to support our sales department in delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Customer Success Professional, you will play a key role in onboarding new customers, providing timely responses to their inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Meet with clients on a video call to walk them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to success.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and providing expert guidance to drive retention and referrals.
- Retention Strategy: Develop and maintain a calendar of special events for each client, recognizing milestones, and facilitating ways to show appreciation, such as sending cards or making phone calls.
- Monthly Reporting: Send consistent, branded reports highlighting positive campaign results, using data analysis to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with business owners to refine and improve existing client retention and referral strategies, bringing new ideas to the table and tracking results.
- Results Monitoring: Perform weekly check-ins with teams to ensure objectives are met, and make adjustments as needed to align with promised results.
- Data Analysis: Maintain an in-depth understanding of outsource partners' services, measuring success, and analyzing data to drive informed decisions.
- Sales Alignment: Understand our sales process, keeping deliverables in sync with client expectations, and ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Communication: Excel in communication, both verbally and written, conveying complex ideas clearly, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, providing effective solutions to issues as they arise, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
