- Onboarding Tasks: Conduct onboarding calls, collect necessary client data, and customize software based on client needs to guarantee smooth adoption.
- Client Success: Provide post-onboarding support, collect client feedback, and collaborate with teams to improve the customer journey.

Requirements
- Exceptional written and conversational English skills.
