Key Responsibilities:

  • Support: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, manage internal ticketing systems, and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Onboarding Tasks: Conduct onboarding calls, collect necessary client data, and customize software based on client needs to guarantee smooth adoption.
  • Client Success: Provide post-onboarding support, collect client feedback, and collaborate with teams to improve the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and conversational English skills.
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.

  • Background in onboarding or client success roles.

Salary Information
