Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle various administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fulfilling administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and travel arrangements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize communication through emails, phone calls, and instant messaging
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
- Coordinate meetings, travels, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendar organization
- Prepare and review customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
- Conduct market research and report on findings
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Offer administrative support to colleagues
- 2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Significant experience with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- High school diploma; an additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant is an asset
