Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Artemis Executive Solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced administrative environment, providing support to our team leads and clients worldwide.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support team leads with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  2. Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  3. Establish effective communication channels between clients and team members.
  4. Create and maintain documents, records, and databases.
  5. Anticipate and meet the needs of team leads, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  6. Project manage tasks, prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
  • Able to work efficiently in high-intensity environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to think critically and resourcefully, finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client requests and meetings.
  • Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
