We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Support Professional to join our team at Red Bull. As an integral member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR, ensuring efficient and effective systems are in place.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to advise employees and managers on Red Bull's HR guidelines and processes, including contracts, policies, and standards. You will also be responsible for managing employee HR administration, including starters and leavers, onboarding, employment contracts, terminations, and references.

A key aspect of this role is the management of the recruitment process for all levels, including updating relevant HR policies, guidelines, contracts, and the local HR Hub page as required. Additionally, you will manage benefits administration and all benefits-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and respond to queries in a timely manner on all HR-related topics
  • Manage all employee HR administration, including starters and leavers, onboarding, employment contracts, terminations, and references
  • Understand and assist where required on the performance management and disciplinary process
  • Manage the recruitment process for all levels
  • Update relevant HR policies, guidelines, contracts, and the local HR Hub page as required
  • Manage benefits administration and all benefits-related queries
  • Deal with all HR team invoices to ensure that all bills are paid in an accurate and timely way
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities to the HR Manager and wider business to continue and improve employee engagement and deliver business goals
  • Keep all matters related to HR and employees confidential, including following data privacy requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role and/or payroll role
  • HR Systems Knowledge (SAP HR and other)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to meet short deadlines
  • Ability to focus on many tasks and requests
  • Build effective relationships across the business with managers and employees
  • Ability to use judgment, initiative, and common sense to solve problems and find solutions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Comfortable with numerical data
  • Advanced spoken and written English
