About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to clients
- Resolving complex technical issues
- Gathering data to ensure efficient resolution of technical inquiries
- Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Supporting on-site activities for technicians, customers, and subcontractors
- Managing and maintaining updated records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in working with logs, including proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging log data for troubleshooting, system optimization, and security analysis
- Strong familiarity with CRMs and ticketing/support systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk)
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Solid understanding of how hardware and software platforms interact with one another
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
