About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to clients
  • Resolving complex technical issues
  • Gathering data to ensure efficient resolution of technical inquiries
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Supporting on-site activities for technicians, customers, and subcontractors
  • Managing and maintaining updated records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in working with logs, including proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging log data for troubleshooting, system optimization, and security analysis
  • Strong familiarity with CRMs and ticketing/support systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Solid understanding of how hardware and software platforms interact with one another
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
