Company Overview:
Dentsu, a leading global marketing agency, is seeking an HR Advisor to support the implementation of HR people initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner to drive successful stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making across the business.
Estimated Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
Job Description:
This role will encompass various aspects of HR, including Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and Reward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- HR Strategy: Providing operational support in communication, implementation, and monitoring of HR strategy initiatives through research, analytical, and reporting activities.
- HR Processes, Standards, and Tools: Executing defined HR processes, standards, and tools to ensure realization of HR function objectives.
- Human Capital Effectiveness: Supporting the monitoring of defined organizational, financial, and HR metrics and developing recommendations regarding changes in structure, roles, processes, competencies, staffing, or workforce composition.
- Change Management: Supporting any change management activities through preparation of communication, cultural considerations, data gathering, analytical, and reporting.
- Career Development: Supporting line managers and HRBPs in ensuring career plans are developed and implemented for employees.
- Performance Development: Supporting managers and HR Business Partners in driving an effective approach to performance development.
- Employee Engagement: Working on projects defined by HRBPs or HR Directors to mobilize commitment and accountability for employee engagement.
- Employee Relations: Working with managers to resolve less complex employee issues and supporting building managerial people capability to prevent such issues.
- Business Leader Support: Providing analytical support to the HR Team and business partners in the area of HR management.
- HR Administration: Performing any HR administrative tasks not covered by the HR operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in HR generalist functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
