Job Description
">This role involves supporting our sales department by onboarding new customers, serving as their primary point of contact, and maintaining client relationships through regular updates and personalized touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless transitions from sales to support by meeting clients, reviewing onboarding documents, and delivering presentations.
- Client Support: Provide timely responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns efficiently while emphasizing retention strategies.
- Client Retention: Create tailored experiences for each client, celebrating milestones, and recognizing achievements through thoughtful gestures like cards or emails.
- Monthly Reporting: Deliver consistent, branded reports highlighting campaign success, fostering trust, and driving business growth.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with business owners to refine and enhance client retention and referral systems, introducing innovative solutions and tracking results.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly check-ins to assess progress against established objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay vigilant for opportunities to enhance services, processes, and client satisfaction, exploring ways to upsell existing clients and expand our reach.
