We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Meritt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to connect with trusted tradespeople.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring every homeowner gets the help they need. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, gathering insights to improve our platform, and managing lead information accurately.
About Us:

- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Required Skills and Experience:
- No experience required—we're looking for entry level / career change for their first sales job, with a strong desire to learn, succeed, and grow in sales.
- Curiosity: A natural eagerness to learn, ask questions, and understand customers' needs deeply.
- Coachability: A willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve. We provide training, but you need the mindset to absorb it and put it into action.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are key to connecting with homeowners, asking the right questions, and conveying value clearly.
- Grit: Sales can be challenging, so resilience and determination are essential. The ability to bounce back from setbacks and keep striving for success is a must.
