We connect homeowners with quality roofing partners, making it easier for them to find reliable professionals for their projects. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding, providing timely support, and developing retention strategies that foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: You will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services.
  • Client Support: Provide responsive support to clients, addressing their concerns, and offering valuable insights to help them achieve their goals.
