At Sagan, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
**Job Overview:**
The Customer Service Advocate will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing communications through calls and emails. This role combines customer support with sales responsibilities, offering a unique blend of skills that will drive our business success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to schedule service appointments and address their concerns.
- Utilize FieldEdge software to efficiently manage customer interactions and data, leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to sales growth by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable services, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management in our scheduling and CRM systems.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the HVAC or related service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM and scheduling software; experience with FieldEdge or ServiceTitan is advantageous but not required.
- Fluent English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
