As a customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries through various channels, evaluating concerns, and implementing measures to fulfill customer requirements.
With a strong focus on quality service delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role requires a calm demeanor, excellent written and verbal skills, and high interpersonal skills.
In terms of requirements, the successful candidate will possess a C1 level of German language proficiency, at least, and English language skills to a business standard. Additionally, they will have excellent computer knowledge, particularly in MS Office and the Internet, as well as a flexible and creative personality.
