We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our Global Business Services team. As a key point of contact between our company and the market, you will provide best-in-class interfaces for customers and operate customer contact center solutions combining traditional and innovative touchpoints. You will provide first-hand resolutions to inquiries and forward specific questions to the appropriate Siemens business department or support function. Additionally, you will identify potential business opportunities and participate in innovation projects and global communities. Basic qualifications include at least one year of experience working in customer support services and an advance/fluent level of English. We take pride in empowering customers by combining the real and digital worlds to improve how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation.
