About this role:

As a Customer Service Team Lead at Ecolab, you will play a critical role in providing support, training, and work direction to team members. Your primary focus will be on monitoring team and individual performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support supervisor in managing daily activities of the Customer Service Group
  • Provide feedback to supervisor on daily workload to help set priorities for employees to meet deadlines
  • Make decisions that impact own work group/project team and may potentially impact other teams
  • Create and maintain scheduled and Key performance indicators for the Customer Service Groups
  • Troubleshoot systems when issues arise
  • Develop, create, and facilitate training procedures to ensure all processes and procedures are documented and adhered to
  • Provide training and support for new and existing employees
  • Demonstrate knowledge of complex scenarios related to the order-to-cash process
  • Provide supervision, work direction, and feedback on the daily processing of customer orders, returns, and inquiries

What we're looking for:

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher education degree completed or in process
  • 3-5 years customer service or business-related experience required
  • 1-3 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent problem-solving, investigation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years Ecolab experience, preferably with customer service
  • SAP experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with others in a multi-division environment
  • Critical attention to detail and highly dependable
