Customer Service Team Leader

About this role:
As a Customer Service Team Lead at Ecolab, you will play a critical role in providing support, training, and work direction to team members. Your primary focus will be on monitoring team and individual performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Support supervisor in managing daily activities of the Customer Service Group
- Provide feedback to supervisor on daily workload to help set priorities for employees to meet deadlines
- Make decisions that impact own work group/project team and may potentially impact other teams
- Create and maintain scheduled and Key performance indicators for the Customer Service Groups
- Troubleshoot systems when issues arise
- Develop, create, and facilitate training procedures to ensure all processes and procedures are documented and adhered to
- Provide training and support for new and existing employees
- Demonstrate knowledge of complex scenarios related to the order-to-cash process
- Provide supervision, work direction, and feedback on the daily processing of customer orders, returns, and inquiries
What we're looking for:
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher education degree completed or in process
- 3-5 years customer service or business-related experience required
- 1-3 years of people leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving, investigation, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years Ecolab experience, preferably with customer service
- SAP experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with others in a multi-division environment
- Critical attention to detail and highly dependable
