About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Platform Success Executive to join our team at YunoJuno. As a critical member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries from the UK and US, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support and compliance queries via email or live chat through our Intercom platform.
  • Adhere to our response time and CSAT SLAs to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve our platform by communicating user experiences and suggestions.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users with product and service issues.
  • Escalate complex customer inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support freelancers with onboarding, offboarding, and key account management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support or customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with working alternative hours to support US clients is necessary.
  • Desirable experience with using Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Proven track record of managing customer queries via different platforms and channels.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
