Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at Recruitment Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing client success plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
