Account Management Specialist for Sustainability SaaS

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Account Management team, focusing on global markets.

One Click LCA is the leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment in the construction industry, with solutions used in over 170 countries and trusted by top construction and manufacturing companies.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the EU/UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base for small to mid-tier Manufacturing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive revenue expansion and retention.
  • Lead customer segmentation efforts for all Manufacturing accounts.
  • Monitor, organize, and report data for all accounts.
  • Proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work with teams to find solutions.
  • Own and manage renewals to maximize revenue.
  • Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to act on industry opportunities and attend events.
  • Segment and sort accounts to target the right customers.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Experience in identifying, nurturing, and closing revenue expansion opportunities.
  • Data-driven approach to identify insights and come up with plans.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers and drive retention or expansion.
  • Orchestrator and collaborator with experience working with sales, product, and CS teams.
  • Metrics-driven approach to thrive on challenging targets.
  • Experience in LCA, EPDs, and/or sustainability fields is beneficial.
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills beneficial.
  • A degree in engineering is preferred.
