About the Position
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professor in Environmental Management to join our team at IÉSEG School of Management. The successful candidate will be a part of our Management & Society Department and will be responsible for teaching courses in environmental management and corporate sustainability/business & society at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level.

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an interdisciplinary scholar with specific research and teaching interests in corporate sustainability and environmental management. This includes managerial and (inter-)organizational activities, processes, or approaches which can help organizations achieve decarbonation and other environmental goals by taking constructive measures to reduce emissions, waste, pollution and biodiversity-related impacts; anticipating the environmental impacts of their activities and complying with environmental regulations; and finding positive ways to create sustainable value through environmental improvements.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in environmental management and corporate sustainability/business & society at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level
- Contribute to the development of the Department's programs
- Engage in research and publication in top-tier refereed journals
- Interact with managers and the local (and international) ecosystems
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field
- Strong publication record in top-tier refereed journals
- Good networks in academia
- Ability and willingness to attract public and/or corporate funding to support the development of ambitious research projects
