Role Overview

The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for driving growth in the modern trade channel, supporting the National Key Account Manager in developing and implementing Red Bull's sales strategy for key accounts. The role will focus on delivering sales, volume, and profitability targets for middle-size accounts and the impulse channel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the National Key Account Manager in implementing Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers.
  2. Execute short- and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, with a focus on cash and carry and regional key accounts.
  3. Analyze available data sources to derive customer growth opportunities and plan sales forecasts.
  4. Develop annual business and effective promotion plans, and prepare yearly negotiations with key customers.
  5. Conduct and lead negotiation processes at key mid-size customers, agreeing on Red Bull's Perfect Store concept.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a marketing, business administration, or industrial engineering background, with 1-2 years of professional experience in key account execution and negotiation, or field force management. Experience in trade marketing and consumer marketing is a plus.

A strong network of existing contacts and trade relationships is essential, as is fluency in English.
