ESQlabs GmbH, a leading Contract Research Organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Market Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in business development and market strategy to drive sustainable financial growth and foster strong relationships with clients.

As a Business Development and Market Strategy Specialist at ESQlabs, you will be responsible for driving key marketing and sales efforts, including company presentations, technical flyers, and marketing activities. You will also serve as a primary point-of-contact for potential customers, arranging meetings through various channels, from initial outreach to video conferences and face-to-face interactions. Additionally, you will maintain timely client feedback and engagement, provide after-sales support, and promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

This role requires a Master's Degree in a scientific or related technical field, preferably with a demonstrated successful career path in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales. A well-rounded biopharmaceutical business development or marketing career with minimum combined experience of 3 years is essential. Strong proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot, or equivalent) and associated database management and analysis tools is also required. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with German being a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
