Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a tech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor and improve client satisfaction levels.
As an Account Manager at Mindtech, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Overseeing Client Accounts: Ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Improving Client Satisfaction: Monitoring and improving client satisfaction levels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success in a Tech company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
