Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at SupportYourApp, a leading Support-as-a-Service company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level quality service to our clients from diverse industries worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a similar position or 2+ years in customer support, with a strong background in problem-solving and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in English (C1-C2 levels) and familiar with customer support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, and Hubspot.

As an Account Manager at SupportYourApp, you will work closely with our support teams and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking part in new client integrations;
  • Managing multiple clients simultaneously;
  • Maintaining constant communication with support teams and clients;
  • Evaluating and improving support processes within teams;
  • Assisting clients in enhancing their customers' support experience through strategic planning and product development analysis;
  • Maintaining security standards within teams and on the client's side;
  • Resolving client and consultant concerns proactively;
  • Monitoring service quality via internal or external Quality Assurance platforms;
  • Ensuring corporate culture within teams;
  • Generating and maintaining internal product documentation;
  • Coordinating hiring processes for ideal candidates;
  • Training Team Leads and consultants;
  • Aiding in professional growth and development of team members.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $**50,000 - $60,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus bonuses for referring friends and paid intensive training.
