We are seeking a skilled Jr. Account Executive to join our team at NielsenIQ, the world's leading consumer intelligence company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, developing trusted advisor relationships, and driving strategic plans to improve client results.

This role involves negotiating contracts, establishing performance timelines, collaborating with sales teams, and managing communications between clients and internal teams.

As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with quotations managers and project managers to ensure the highest quality delivery and meet all client needs.

You will also analyze client data to provide customer relationship management insights and present reports on account progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming the primary point of contact for customers and building long-term relationships
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with complete understanding of client needs
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing performance timelines
  • Collaborating with sales teams to onboard new clients and develop existing relationships
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams
  • Working with operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery and meet all client needs
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management insights
  • P Presenting reports on account progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in market research industry
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and changing customer needs
  • Organizational skills
  • Desirable knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Understanding of market indicators such as demand and billing
