We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the Bay Area or East Coast. This role offers a competitive salary and commission, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

About the Job

As a Global Partnership Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding mid to large enterprise accounts (3,500+ employees) through Ecosystem-Led Growth (ELG) strategies. You will analyze customer challenges, identify key stakeholders, and expand their perspective on how Crossbeam can revolutionize their partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing new business and driving significant revenue growth through ELG for our customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business.
  • Collaborating with internal go-to-market teams to understand customer challenges and inspire new use cases.
  • Becoming an expert in the Crossbeam product and articulating its unique value proposition to customers.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customers and developing complex deal management skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles and a proven track record of navigating large organizations. You should have a strong understanding of partnership programs and the value ELG brings to a company's go-to-market strategy.

Benefits

This is a salaried position with a competitive base salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per year), plus commission. In addition, Crossbeam offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, flexible PTO policy, parental leave, stock option plan, 401k plan + match, learning development budget, remote work options, and a generous wellness stipend.
