We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at KAVAK.com, the second most valuable startup in Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and strategy for our e-commerce platform, which enables users to buy, finance, and sell pre-owned cars across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Turkey.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of consulting, planning, or similar experience, with intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge required and SQL preferred. They should also have experience managing projects with diverse teams, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent synthesis and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for elaborating and aligning monthly business growth objectives, monitoring key performance indicators, and leading/following up with teams to reach solutions. You will also participate in strategic projects, prepare reports and presentations, and accompany the launching process in new countries.
