**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Leading Edge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.

This is a remote position based in Pakistan, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the HR recruitment industry and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
