Job Title: Access Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our key clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute specific account plans for each key customer.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in key accounts.
  • Act as the primary contact point for all inquiries and negotiations with key clients.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss new opportunities.
  • Work together with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key clients ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, customer needs and upcoming tenders.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of key accounts and the results obtained.
  • Handle necessary steps for product inclusion within payers and ministries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM.
  • Access experience.
  • Payer portfolio knowledge.
  • Experience in products inclusion.
  • Local mobility is mandatory.
