Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead our biggest financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the client's business and be able to drive value through creative product, market share, and brand recognition.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client objectives
  • Manage relationships with key client contacts and oversee daily communication requirements
  • Forecast and manage resources across integrated campaigns
  • Foster collaboration with Brand Strategy, Creative & Design, and Integrated Production teams

A successful candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Account Director, ideally from a creative agency environment, and a proven track record of leading integrated campaigns and comms projects in the Financial Services industry.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency environment
  • Proven ability to build and inspire diverse teams, elevate quality of work, and ideas to the next level
