Global Blue Account Strategist

Main Responsibilities and Expectations
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and retention in key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of B2B clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales forecasts, transactions, and refund ratios, to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by scouting, evaluating, and onboarding new merchants.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership with a strong background in B2B account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B account management.
