Job Overview

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Monster Energy, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with Modern Trade accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed volume and market share objectives by effectively managing channel promo calendars and negotiating with key account buyers.
  • Collaborate with distributors to expand new distribution and monitor in-store compliance through coaching and training of merchandiser teams.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans that maximize sales distribution, vertical and horizontal distribution, and point of sale placement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a retail or wholesaler environment, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer development.
  • Strong knowledge of distributor and retail customers, with the ability to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
Benefits

Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location

This role is based in the United States, with opportunities to travel and work with key stakeholders across the country.
